Description
For the higher payload requirements of Class 5, Isuzu engineers worked diligently to fine-tune a powertrain that could handle the rigorous payload demands. Working with a powerful 6.0-liter gasoline engine, they mated it to the 6-speed automatic Allison® 1000-series transmission that includes a stationary PTO for those applications requiring engine power. This combination outputs 353-lb. ft. of torque and 311-hp to get you on your way.
